Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect & Junior Architect at Singh Designers - India located in Ahmedabad and Jodhpur.

Essential Duties

The senior architects at Singh Designers will be responsible for client management, architectural design, and project management tasks. The junior architects will be responsible for architectural design and project management tasks

Client Management

• Liaise with clients to understand their vision and translate it into viable architectural solutions.
• Present proposals, resolve queries, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Architectural Design

• Collaborate with internal team to execute concept development, space planning, and design presentations while ensuring timely delivery.
• Guide junior architects, interns, and designers.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to uphold quality standards.
• Promote knowledge sharing within team.
• Produce detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
• Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications.

Project Management

• Supervise all phases of design and construction for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design consultants.
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and documentation for tenders and approvals.

Qualification

Knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform essential duties.

Education

• B.Arch / M.Arch

Experience

• Min. 3 Years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
• Practical understanding of construction techniques, materials, and sustainability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them within agreed timelines.

Skills

• Experience in hospitality architecture (hotels, resorts, etc.), bungalows, farm-house, etc.
• Exposure to client facing roles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
