Senior Architect

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in the construction/architecture field
• Proficiency in CAD tools: ArchiCAD, Autodesk Revit, Turbocad
• Familiarity with architectural codes, standards, and design practices
• Strong drafting, mathematical, and mechanical skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel when needed
• Strong multitasking and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret building specifications, sites, and codes
• Create blueprints and technical drawings based on architectural sketches
• Ensure accuracy in measurements, codes, and calculations
• Use CAD software to develop drawings for construction use
• Update CAD data into BIM systems for 3D modelling
• Apply various drafting techniques to produce technical records
• Perform site visits for verifications
• Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations
• Stay up-to-date with trends and innovations in architecture
