Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution of high-rise residential construction.

• Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors.

• Monitor project timelines, manpower planning, and material availability.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliances.

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Verify measurements, bills, and contractor work progress.

• Maintain proper site documentation including daily progress reports (DPRs).

• Assist in cost control, material reconciliation, and minimizing wastage.

• Support project handover activities and snag-list closure.

Requisite Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC, formwork, finishing, and high-rise construction methodologies.

• Hands-on experience in residential high-rise projects is mandatory.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.

• Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards.

• Basic knowledge of billing, estimation, and measurement.

• Good coordination and team management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple activities under tight deadlines.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
