About the Role

We are looking for a talented Sr. Content Writer to handle end-to-end content creation for US-based lifestyle projects. This role focuses on non-technical content across niches such as jewelry, antiques, vintage items, collectibles, and related lifestyle topics.

You will create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with a US audience, drives organic traffic, and earns appreciation for its natural, human tone and depth.

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM IST (Weekends Off)
• Daily Work Hours: 8.5 Hours (Full Time Role)

Key Skills & Role Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Publishing

=> Write, edit, and publish high-quality long-form content for a U.S. audience.

=> Manage content end-to-end → idea → research → outline → writing → editing → publishing

=> Maintain depth of research, clarity, structure, and engaging U.S.-style flow

=> Publish independently on website (Basic WordPress Knowledge is needed)

2. Scale & Pipeline Ownership & Work with Team

=> Handle high-volume content projects (100+ articles per month depending on strategy)

=> Coordinate and lead with other writers and external contractors to scale content requirements efficiently.

=> Review and edit submissions to maintain accuracy, consistency, tone, and quality

=> Manage publishing calendars and timelines across multiple projects

3. Performance Focus

=> Monitor quality, engagement, rankings, and topical authority

=> Identify growth opportunities based on audience behavior and search trends

=> Collaborate closely with leadership to deliver consistent results and improvements

4. Adaptability & Strategic Thinking

=> Stay updated with changes in algorithms, AI tools, and content trends to keep strategies relevant.

=> Be flexible and open to experimenting, learning, and pivoting strategies as needed.

=> Take a data-informed yet creative approach to solving problems and improving outcomes.

=> Use AI tools for research and efficiency — not a writing substitute

5. Hands-on Execution

=> Work confidently in WordPress to upload, format, and publish content.

=> Create basic visual assets independently using Canva or similar tools.

=> Be comfortable executing tasks yourself initially, learning through doing, and then delegating effectively as the team grows.

=> ❌ NO AI-generated content — AI may assist with research or productivity, but all writing, insights, tone, structure, and narrative must be authored by YOU

=> Write amazing, well-researched, 100% original content for U.S.-based projects (mostly non-technical, everyday topics)

=> Minimum 2+ years of full-time content writing experience — freelance / part-time experience does not count.

=> Portfolio and hands on experience of long-form articles written specifically for U.S. audiences.

=> Proven ability to write excellent content across diverse niches with deep research, accuracy, and nuance — not generic / filler / surface-level blogs.

=> Strong command over American grammar, tone, sentence flow, and cultural context — this is a must.

You’ll be given small tasks or assignments to demonstrate your hands-on ability — similar to how developers complete coding tests. This helps us understand your real-world execution quality.
