Job Title: Customer Support Executive (CSE)Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (CSE) to handle customer inquiries, provide timely support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams (service, sales, accounts) for issue resolution
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
• Prepare reports related to customer support activities
• Assist in quotation sharing, service scheduling, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

• Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach
• Experience0–2 years of experience in customer support / customer service (preferred)
