Job Description
Customer Care & Social Media Executive (Female Preferred):
- Handle customer inquiries from IndiaMART, WhatsApp, calls, and other platforms
- Prepare and send quotations to clients
- Share product data sheets, brochures, and technical details
- Follow up with customers for orders and payments
- Maintain customer records and update daily reports
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Post regular content (product posts, videos, client reviews)
- Reply to comments and messages on social media
- Coordinate with marketing/sales team for promotions
- Help in increasing brand awareness and generating leads
