Our platform helps schools and colleges manage admissions, communication, fee collection, and operations efficiently.We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Support Executive to provide remote support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.Role OverviewThe CRM Support Executive will be responsible for:
- Handling customer queries via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshooting product issues
- Coordinating with the technical team for escalations
- Ensuring timely resolution of tickets
- Supporting clients during onboarding and implementation
- Maintaining documentation and FAQs
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Experience supporting CRM / ERP / SaaS products
- Understanding of ticketing systems
- Basic technical understanding (API, integrations, email deliverability preferred)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
- Strong problem-solving mindset
