We are a fast-growing SaaS company offering a CRM solution for educational institutions. Our platform helps schools and colleges manage admissions, communication, fee collection, and operations efficiently.We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Support Executive to provide remote support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.Role OverviewThe CRM Support Executive will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer queries via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshooting product issues
  • Coordinating with the technical team for escalations
  • Ensuring timely resolution of tickets
  • Supporting clients during onboarding and implementation
  • Maintaining documentation and FAQs

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
  • Experience supporting CRM / ERP / SaaS products
  • Understanding of ticketing systems
  • Basic technical understanding (API, integrations, email deliverability preferred)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
