2. Business Analyst 4 (Technical) Primary Role - Bridge the gap between functional consultants and technical development team; assist with integration and architecture-related documentation

1. Business Analyst 2 (Functional)

• "BE/B. Tech/ME/M.
• Tech/MBA / Master’s in Public Policy / Economics / CA" PG Diploma in Financial Systems / BPR/ Certificate in Government Budgeting / Revenue Systems
• "5+ years in business analysis in government sector; 3+ years in budgeting/ revenue-related modules
• Experience in preparing data mapping, business rules, validation matrices for PFM"

2. Business Analyst 4 (Technical)

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT/CE/ECE PG Diploma in System Design / IT Architecture/ Certificate in Application Architecture / Micro services
• "5+ years in technical business analysis; 3+ years in public sector IT platforms
• Experience in API specifications, integration planning, and module-level technical flows"
