Job Role: Field Sales Executive (FSE) / Senior FSE / HVO

Product Segment: EDC (Electronic Data Capture) / POS Machines

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary Package: Up to ₹40,000 (depending on experience and role)

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchant Acquisition: Identify and onboard new merchants in the assigned Ahmedabad territory for Paytm EDC/Card Swipe machines and digital payment solutions.
2. Product Demonstration: Conduct live demos of EDC machines, explaining technical features and transaction benefits to shop owners and retailers.
3. Lead Generation: Plan and execute daily market visits (15–20 shops) to build a robust sales pipeline.
4. Portfolio Management: Maintain relationships with existing merchants to ensure high retention and cross-sell other financial products like insurance or POS software.
5. Senior/HVO Duties: Senior FSEs and HVOs will handle high-value merchant accounts, mentor junior teams, and develop strategic market penetration plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass for FSE, Senior FSE and HVO roles
• Experience:
• FSE: 0–1 years (Freshers with high energy are welcome).
• Senior FSE / HVO: 2+ years of experience in Fintech, Banking, Telecom, or FMCG sales.
• Essential Skills: Strong communication in local languages (Gujarati/Hindi), negotiation skills, and basic smartphone proficiency.
• Mandatory Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License for field visits.
