Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in the Python + JS/TS ecosystem, who can lead technical delivery and confidently interact with clients. You will own architecture, guide junior developers, and ensure quality of deliverables.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on coding, solving real problems, and managing end-to-end technical execution.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of core features across backend & frontend
• Architect scalable APIs, services, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Participate in client calls for requirement understanding and demos
• Conduct code reviews and improve team coding standards
• Allocate tasks, break down modules, and manage delivery timelines
• Debug performance, reliability, and infra-related issues
• Collaborate with design, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders
• 
  

   Required Technical Skills:

• Backend (Must-Have)
• Python (at least one framework)
• Django / Django REST
• FastAPI / Flask
• API design (REST / GraphQL)
• Database design & optimization
• PostgreSQL / MySQL (SQL)
• MongoDB or similar NoSQL
• ORM (Django ORM / SQLAlchemy / Prisma / etc.)
• Authentication flows, RBAC, JWT, OAuth2
• Frontend
• Strong with React.js or Next.js
• Modern JS/TypeScript
• Component-driven architecture, state management (Redux/Zustand/Context)
• Responsive UI, component frameworks (MUI, Ant, Tailwind)

        Engineering Practices:

• Git, GitHub/GitLab
• CICD basics
• Docker / containerization
• Clean architecture, SOLID, modular patterns
• 
  

      Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• FastAPI microservice architecture
• Prisma with PostgreSQL
• Node.js backend experience
• DevOps exposure (AWS, EC2, Vercel, Docker, Nginx)
• Caching frameworks (Redis)
• Queue systems (Celery / RabbitMQ / Kafka)
• AI integrations or RAG-based systems
