🧩 Role Overview

Urgent requirement for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design initiatives within a digital marketing setup. The role is primarily 70% Graphic Design, with 30% UI/UX involvement (or 100% graphic design depending on core strengths). The focus is on delivering high-quality, brand-consistent creatives across digital and print platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Lead creative design projects from concept to final execution

* Create visuals for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations & ads

* Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output

* Collaborate with marketing, product & web teams

* Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual designs

* Contribute to UI/UX design for websites & landing pages (if applicable)

* Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

* Take ownership of visual identity and design standards

🛠 Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or related field

* 5+ years of hands-on graphic design experience

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

* Working knowledge of Figma / Adobe XD is a plus

* Strong portfolio showcasing professional & creative design work

* Excellent attention to detail, time management & organisational skills

* Ability to convert marketing needs into effective visual designs
