A reputable construction company in Motera, Ahmedabad is hiring a Senior HR Executive with at least 7 years of progressive HR experience. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.

End-to-end employee lifecycle management: recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training.

Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR compliance with all statutory regulations and construction industry standards.

Foster a productive and positive work environment through employee engagement and grievance redressal.
