Job Description
- Oversee all HR functions within the manufacturing plant.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labour laws.
- Manage Attendance and leave management.
- Collaborate with plant management to support business objectives.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage talent development programs.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and administration within 7th of every month.
- Maintain personal records, certifications, and training documentation.
- Develop Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Effective recruitment requires collaboration with department managers to understand hiring needs. Manage vendor developments.
- Steps in to finalize the hire and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- This includes Issue offer letter, running background checks, issue appointment letter, extending the offer, handling any negotiations, and guiding the employee through onboarding.
- Induction process, Explain Company and HR policies, Training and assessments induction.
- Attached all documents while onboarding and confirm the same salary offered and annexure.
- Department support and needs to new hiring.
- Retention efforts focus on building a workplace where employees want to stay
- HR professionals work closely with finance or dedicated payroll to track hours, calculate deductions, file taxes, and handle wage-related questions.
- Avoid costly errors or penalties from the company.
- Salary calculation of Overtime, Night deduction, Extra machine, lunch, Comp-off, official Visit or tour payment and other eligible extra payment.
- Prepare HR policies Execute and implement.
- A proactive approach to safety reduces risk and shows employees their well-being is a priority.
- When workplace conduct violates policy or creates an unsafe environment, HR is responsible for addressing the behavior. This may involve issuing warnings, facilitating corrective action plans, or initiating termination processes when necessary.
- By handling these situations consistently and fairly, HR helps maintain a respectful and accountable workplace.
- HR also plays a key role in supporting employees’ physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Review Workforce Daily routine work portfolio. Manage sales team’s DSR.
