Senior Manager - ABEX

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, RSLAs and Escalation Matrix for smooth Operation & Accounting of Treasury products        
• Daily review and Report open items from BRS on various Financial Instruments        
• Ensure end-to-end accounting of treasury instruments with applicable Tax compliances        
• Continuous review of processes to identify process automation and risk mitigation        
• Handle all the BU / GCC requirement wrt MIS, Data preparation for any Business, Compliances or Govt Notices perspective.        
• Ensuring no Tax default of any tax provisions in accounting and reporting.        
• MIS review, reporting and handle month closing activities        
• Dealing with the auditors and providing audit schedules        
• Follow-up with respective BUs for Open BRS items and other key points        
• Assign targets for team members & measure their performance        
• Periodical meeting with respective Stakeholders on Hygiene Control areas, open issues and resolution thereof.        
• Responsible to Drive all the System base, RPA projects with Team for timely closure and reports to Seniors        
  

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• MBA (Finance) / Inter CA / CFA or equivalent in Financial Management.

Experience: 

• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in operations, or a related field, with at least 5-6 years in a middle level leadership role.
• Preferable if having SAP - TRM module knowledge or Similar ERP platform
