Senior Manager - Business Finance

Policy and Process Improvement: Establish and refine policies for customer invoices. Ensure that customer invoices comply with contractual, operational, and financial standards.

Revenue Invoicing & Revenue Assurance: Establishing framework for timely invocing and revenue assurance.

Issue Resolution: Handle invoicing disputes with customers by collaborating with marketing and customer service teams to resolve issues promptly.

Documentation & Reporting: Provide reports and updates to senior management on invoicing statuses,  recommend strategies to optimize invoicing cycles.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders in operations, finance, and customer service/ marketing teams to ensure that invoicing reflects the accurate delivery of services and resolves customer queries related to billing.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to process controls, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.

New Businesses: Provide inputs on integration of business from an invoicing perspective. Co-ordinate with concerned stakeholders for transitioning of invocing and align its sytems and processes.

Team management: Define team goals and vision, develop strategies to improve team performance and productivity, Identify training needs, recruit and onboard new team members, mentor and coach team members for career growth, encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing, promote positive work environement, allocate resources for distributing workloads.

System Design and Development:  Take initiative to drive system improvements and process automation by providing the necessary platform and support to the team. Oversee the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new developments. Ensure robust system design and functionality to streamline and optimize invoice processing workflows.

Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Educational Qualification:
CA, MBA, ICMAI, profesional qualification
