Senior Manager -Business Growth
Revenue Ownership & Growth Execution
• - Achieve revenue and GMV targets for your assigned Line of Business.• - Monitor performance against AOP and optimize for ROI across campaigns and initiatives.• - Identify growth opportunities using user insights, sales funnel analysis, and competitor benchmarking.Digital Growth Initiatives
• - Design and execute digital campaigns (CRM, SEO/SEM, Push, In-app, Web) to drive conversions and repeat usage.• - Implement experiments such as A/B tests, micro-journey improvements, and bundling strategies to improve conversion rate and order value.• - Partner with Product and Tech teams to improve user experience and remove drop-offs.Category & Partner Management
• - Collaborate with airport category teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders to align on stock, pricing, assortment, and customer service.• - Launch and manage promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and merchant partnerships.Data & Reporting
• - Use dashboards and performance reports to monitor KPIs and identify issues proactively.• - Create weekly and monthly business review decks with actionable insights and next steps.MBA or equivalent degree
