Job Description

Senior Manager – Commercial Administration.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee the review, analysis, and interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage and mentor a team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Provide strategic guidance to seniors on contract management and vendor relationships.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance against targets.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all contractor-related inquiries and dispute resolution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in contract administration to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordination with vendors/contractors & internal stakeholders to meet obligations by Contractors & employers as per contract
  • Coordinates for Bill certification, Invoice Processing, change order management
  • Review amendments/ deviation & take this up with Head Contracts for approval.
  • Assists in issue/Dispute/Claim resolution process
  • Assists in managing risks & opportunities
  • Performs contract closure & post implementation survey
  • Report on overall performance trends and provide input on improvement areas.
  • Assists in review & analysis of contract terms & conditions during contract formulation process.
  • Facilitates weekly/monthly performance reviews with contractors (ensuring MoMs)

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in  Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract administration.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex contracts and negotiations.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams to achieve strategic objectives.
