Senior Manager-MDM (Vendor Customer Service) & DCC

Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Transition Management

  • Define requirements and scope of services for TPDD, Forward Auction, Reverse Auction, and documentation processes.
  • Develop governance structures, process controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure value realization and validate change requirements during service transitions.

2. Data Governance & Management

  • Design and implement data governance frameworks and processes.
  • Deliver SAP MDG, Ariba, and ADMS integration for new businesses and SAP instances.
  • Manage change requests, user training, and system integration for enhanced data quality.

3. Business Service Expansion

  • Identify and explore opportunities for transitioning new business services to GCC-GAP in consultation with stakeholders.

4. Operations Management

  • Oversee work planning, team allocation, performance management, and escalation handling.
  • Drive departmental organization planning, budgeting, staffing, and team-building initiatives.

5. Automation & Innovation

  • Promote automation through RPA and AI/ML adoption to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

6. Customer Satisfaction & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct periodic stakeholder reviews to assess service satisfaction for E-auction, MDM, and ADMS services.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback.

7. Compliance & Audit

  • Support audit activities and ensure timely closure of non-conformance issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • BE / Btech ( Mech, Elect, IT Electronics, computer) . Btech + MBA   preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in procurement, operations, governance, and transformation roles.
  • Proven track record in scaling services, process automation, and data governance across organizations.
