Senior Manager - Quality Project Mechanical

1. Co-ordinate and guide all team members working

under him as indicated in the Organization chart.

1. Assist Head QA, as required.

1. To provide support to QA Team.

1. To develop and review SQPs, SFQPs and RQPs.

1. To develop and strengthen knowledge base of SQA

and or FQA team.

1. Co-ordination with Internal and External customers for timely completion of all QA &I

         activities, NCR, and daily observations on quality.

1. Review monthly/weekly MIS reports of QA area.

1. Carryout inspection and vendor assessment as and when assigned.

1. Arrange inspection of equipment/entity of Projects either through nominated Inspection agency or by utilizing the services of own employees.

1. Review and approval of all quality documents submitted by Supplier/ contractor.

1. To Carry out Construction/ store audit as and when assigned.

Authorities:

1. Review and approval of deviation in SQP / SFQP 
   for all packages and equipment for projects.

1. Review and approval of deviation in SQP / SFQP

MQP/FQP and NDT Procedure.

1. Review of QA requirements for all packages and equipment for projects for self as well as areas owned by Engineers under him to whom Head-

QA/Discipline Lead has assigned responsibilities of specific packages / POs for coordination / compilation of QA deliverables.

1. Review and dispose of all minor and critical deviations observed in any equipment/entity during inspection at manufacturer’s works or field works, after discussion with Engg./PMCG/Head QA, if required.

1. Prepare status of approval of Quality documents and submit to Quality Manager as per MIS

Schedule.

1. Monitor issuance of IR and MDCC related to SQA

1. Monitoring of package QA deliverables / issues and ensuring timely throughput by team.

B.E Mechanical with >15 yrs experience in welding, NDT, Static, rotary, painting, structural steel, piping inspection. QMS Auditor. Source inspection experience is must.
