• Strategic Planning & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis for solar PV manufacturing.
  • Identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Support development of short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Business Case Development:
  • Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for new projects, capacity expansions, and technology upgrades.
  • Evaluate policy and regulatory impacts on business operations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executable and aligned.
  • Support leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights and presentations.
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Track KPIs for strategic projects and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Recommend corrective actions based on performance analysis.
• Innovation & Sustainability:
  • Explore emerging technologies in solar PV, storage, and green hydrogen relevant to manufacturing.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives and ESG compliance strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: MBA or equivalent in Strategy, Finance, or Operations; Engineering background preferred.
• Experience: 5 - 8 years in strategy, consulting, or business analysis (preferably in renewable energy or manufacturing).
