Senior Manager - Techno Commercial

Responsibilities

Leading the techno-commercial aspects of civil contracting projects, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial planning

Overseeing the procurement of construction materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Providing strategic guidance and expertise in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers

Developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Managing and mentoring a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture

Regularly monitoring and evaluating project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing timely mitigation measures

Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Reporting project status, financial performance, and key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders

Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
