Senior Officer
- Budget Planning: Prepare and monitor annual budgets for administrative and HR activities.
- SAP Proficiency: Manage transactions and reporting through SAP systems.
- Procurement & Payments:
- Create PR/PO (Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order) in SAP.
- Handle invoice processing and vendor payment coordination.
- Transport Management: Oversee employee transport arrangements and vendor compliance.
- Event Management: Plan and execute internal events, workshops, and engagement activities.
- MIS Compilation: Prepare and maintain Management Information System reports for Admin and HR functions.
- Building & Facility Management: Ensure smooth operations of office infrastructure, housekeeping, and security.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-10 years of relevant experience in Admin & HR roles.
