Senior Officer - Insurance

Responsibilities

• Policy Management: Assist in the administration and processing of insurance policies RE Contract, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Claims Processing: maintaining detailed records and providing timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Utilize SAP to analyze insurance data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve decision-making processes.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to Group Insurance Team, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Training and Development: Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest SAP functionalities and insurance industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, departments, and external partners to facilitate efficient operations and achieve common goals.
• To Handle Month closing activities for premium amortization and attend auditors and preparing audit schedules in desired formats.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an insurance role, with proven expertise in SAP application RE module.
