Senior Officer-Techno Commercial

Responsibilities

Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies. 

Procurement Process: Managed procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management. 

Cost Management: Monitor and control procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost reduction strategies. 

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of procured goods and services meets company standards and requirements. 

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies related to procurement. 

Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. 

Strong negotiation and communication skills. 

Proficiency in procurement software and tools. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
