Job Title: Senior Project Manager – ELV

Location: Dholera, Gujarat
Experience: 12–18 Years
Employment Type: Full‑time
Reporting To: Program Director / Business Head – Projects

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager – ELV will provide strategic and operational leadership for large‑scale / industrial ELV projects, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery across multiple high‑value projects. The role requires strong expertise in ELV/IBMS systems, excellent commercial acumen, executive‑level stakeholder management, and the ability to lead large project teams while ensuring compliance, quality, cost, and schedule control.

This position is critical for mega industrial / infrastructure projects with project values of ₹20 Cr+ and multi‑stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale ELV projects, from mobilization to final handover and closure.
• Manage multiple ELV projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Drive project execution in line with scope, schedule, quality, and cost benchmarks.

High‑Value Project Execution

• Handle high‑value ELV projects (₹20 Cr and above) including industrial plants, large campuses, smart infrastructure, or mega developments.
• Ensure robust planning, monitoring, and control mechanisms across all project phases.

Client, Consultant & PMC Management

• Act as the primary interface for executive‑level clients, consultants, and PMCs.
• Lead high‑level review meetings, steering committees, and escalation discussions.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Commercial & Contract Management

• Strong ownership of contracts, billing, procurement, and variation claims.
• Review and approve BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and cash‑flow plans.
• Manage change orders, claims, and commercial negotiations with clients and vendors.
• Ensure timely billing, collections, and margin protection.

Team Leadership & Resource Management

• Lead and mentor large project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams.
• Drive performance management, skill development, and succession planning within the project organization.
• Ensure optimal deployment of manpower, materials, and equipment across projects.

ELV Systems & Technical Oversight

• Provide strategic technical oversight across ELV systems including:
  • CCTV & Video Surveillance
  • Access Control Systems (ACS)
  • Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems
  • Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems
  • BMS / IBMS
  • Structured Cabling, Servers & Networking
• Ensure proper integration between ELV systems and other disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, IT, SCADA).

Work Location will be Tata Semicon, Dholera (Gujarat)
