🧰 Job Title: Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Gajjar Compressors Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

👤 Gender: Male (Preferred)

🕰 Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (Total Experience: 5 Years Preferred)

💼 Industry: Engineering

🎯 Job Purpose: To drive sales and expand the customer base by identifying prospects, promoting the company’s products, and closing deals. The role focuses on both new client acquisition and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • ✅ Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers professionally
  • Identify and appoint new dealers, OEMs, traders, and end-users
  • Generate new sales opportunities and meet defined sales targets
  • Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
  • Create and distribute marketing materials like brochures and samples
  • Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed orders
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support branding initiatives including social media marketing
  • Resolve client complaints and maintain high service standards
  • Prepare sales quotations and coordinate with the internal team
  • Follow up for outstanding payments as per company norms
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance
  • Cold call potential customers and maintain lead pipelines
  • Customize product offerings to meet client needs
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Prepare and present sales reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Stay updated with new offerings, pricing, and market trends
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the company
