Senior Sales Executive

• Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding (export/import).

Approach exporters, importers, CHA, and manufacturers.

Promote services like FCL, LCL, air freight, customs clearance, and transportation.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients.
• Understand client logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

• 3. Sales & Pricing

• Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers.
• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for best freight solutions.
• Maintain healthy profit margins while closing deals.
• Track market rates and competitor activity.

• 4. Coordination

• Work closely with operations, documentation, and transport teams.
• Ensure smooth shipment execution after booking.
• Update clients on shipment status and provide proactive support.
