Position Overview

Company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager to join our

growing team. The ideal candidate will have a graduation degree in any discipline and a minimum of 1 year’s

sales experience from any industry. This role demands excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial

mindset, and a passion for building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the organisation.

 Build, nurture, and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients.

 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.

 Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

 Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

 Provide feedback and market insights to management for strategic planning.


Required Qualifications & Skills

 Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.

 Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in any industry.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
