Senior Sales Officer

Job Summary:

Responsible for achieving insurance sales targets by recruiting, training, and leading a team of advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop advisors on a commission basis.

Motivate and guide the team to achieve business targets.

Drive sales through team performance and regular follow-ups.

Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Ensure achievement of sales goals and maintain team productivity.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Experience : Must 2 years of BFSI sales/banking/finance/insurance sales

- Graduation is mandatory

- Good Communication skills
