Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page link-building for high-impact business growth.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for content creation and organic traffic growth.
• Utilize top SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, GA4, and Google Search Console for audits, analysis, and performance tracking.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits, identify issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup), and work closely with developers to implement fixes.
• Optimize on-page elements like meta tags, headings, image alt text, internal linking, and content structure across landing pages and blogs.
• Execute scalable off-page strategies, including guest posting, backlinks acquisition, directory submissions, and digital PR to enhance domain authority.
• Monitor keyword rankings, site traffic, and SEO KPIs, and present actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with writers, designers, product teams, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented from ideation to execution.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and search engine trends; proactively adapt strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
• Leverage structured data and schema markup to enhance SERP visibility and rich results across product and category pages.
• Mentor junior SEO team members, guiding them in best practices and upskilling them in advanced SEO methodologies.
• Contribute to content strategy by aligning SEO goals with broader marketing and business objectives across channels.
• Manage SEO within WordPress CMS, including plugin setup, configuration, and optimization using tools like Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or All in One SEO.
• Ensure proper site structure, permalink settings, sitemaps, and indexing for WordPress websites.
• Work on optimizing WordPress-specific performance factors such as caching, image optimization, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness to improve SEO results.
• Collaborate with developers to implement WordPress customizations (schema, structured data, technical fixes) that enhance search visibility.
• What We’re Looking For6–8 years of professional SEO experience, preferably with exposure to eCommerce, SaaS, or high-traffic websites.
• Strong command of technical SEO, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics, structured data, and site architecture.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to transform data into insights and strategic actions.
• Hands-on expertise in WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin SEO optimization, page speed improvements, and WordPress-specific technical fixes
