Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, Python, and infrastructure management, and will play a key role in building, maintaining, and scaling our backend systems. This role requires someone who can take ownership, work independently, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop & Maintain Backend Systems:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using NodeJS, ReactJS and Python, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

Infrastructure Management:

Manage and maintain application infrastructure, deployments, and system configurations to ensure smooth operations and high availability.

Database Management:

Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.

Feature Development:

Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and implement new features and enhancements efficiently.

Troubleshooting & Support:

Identify, debug, and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth system performance.

Code Quality & Best Practices:

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.

Collaboration & Ownership:

Collaborate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders, taking end-to-end ownership of assigned modules and deliverables.

Qualifications :

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E), BCS, or an equivalent technical degree.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of relevant software development experience (4–6 years preferred).

• Hands-on experience in Infrastructure Management
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Experience in backend architecture and system design

• Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
