Senior Telecalling Officer

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products and services clearly
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the field sales team when required
• Maintain call records and prepare sales reports
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Graduate (preferred)
• Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• Good listening and negotiation skills
• Preferred Experience: 1-3 years in tele sales / telemarketing
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales
