Senior Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle B2B travel agent queries (Vietnam packages and many other).
2. Prepare and send quotations (hotel, transfers, tours, MICE if required).
3. Follow up regularly with agents to close sales.
4. Make outbound calls to agents for promotion & push sales.
5. Maintain proper records of all queries (Excel/CRM).
6. Coordinate with Vietnam DMC for rates, availability & operations.
7. Manage booking confirmations, vouchers & documentation.
8. Track payments & pending follow-ups.
9. Maintain database of agents and generate repeat business.
