🧩 Role Overview

Urgent requirement for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of user-centric, visually appealing, and highly functional digital experiences. The role focuses 80% on UI/UX and 20% on graphic design, or can be structured as 100% UI/UX based on the candidate’s core expertise.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Design intuitive interfaces for websites, web applications & mobile platforms

* Conduct user research & competitor analysis

* Convert insights into wireframes, prototypes & high-fidelity designs

* Create & maintain design systems, UI guidelines & visual assets

* Collaborate with developers, marketers & product teams

* Contribute to brainstorming & product enhancement discussions

* Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints

* Analyze user behavior, feedback & analytics to optimise designs

🛠 Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Design / HCI / Fine Arts or related field

* 4+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience

* Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools

* Solid portfolio showcasing web & mobile UI/UX projects

* Understanding of responsive design & accessibility standards

* Knowledge of interaction design, user flows & prototyping

* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred, not mandatory)

* Working knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop is a plus

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
