Job Description:

GFE is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Visa Counsellor to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of visa processes, strong counselling skills, and the ability to manage clients independently while ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert counselling to clients regarding study, tourist, work, and dependent visas

Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries and visa options

Handle complete visa application process including documentation, filing, and follow-ups

Ensure compliance with embassy/consulate requirements and updated immigration rules

Guide clients through interviews, SOP preparation, and document verification

Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely application submissions

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when required

Resolve client queries professionally and maintain high client satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of visa regulations and immigration procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle high-value and complex visa cases

Strong documentation and organizational skills

Client-focused approach with problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Ability to work independently and lead junior counsellors

Qualifications:

Graduate or equivalent qualification

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor or in a similar role

Prior experience in handling multiple country visas preferred
