Role Objective

To lead and execute advanced SEO strategies that boost organic traffic, enhance lead generation, and drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, in-depth SEO knowledge, and the ability to align initiatives with broader marketing and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical SEO

Conduct in-depth technical audits to resolve indexing, crawlability, and site performance issues

Optimize site structure, schema markup, internal linking, and mobile compatibility

Work with developers to enhance site speed and security

Implement AI-driven SEO tactics and monitor algorithm updates

2. On-Page SEO

Perform advanced keyword research aligned with user intent and business objectives

Optimize metadata, content structure, internal linking, and CTAs

Guide content planning across the entire buyer’s journey

Develop SEO-driven lead magnets (e.g., whitepapers, webinars)

3. Off-Page SEO & Outreach

Build authoritative backlinks through outreach, PR, and co-marketing partnerships

Collaborate with industry influencers and bloggers for guest posts

Audit backlink profiles and disavow toxic links

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Mentor the SEO team and oversee strategy execution

Coordinate with sales, content, and marketing to align SEO with lead generation workflows

Streamline task management for team efficiency

5. Business Growth Strategy

Craft SEO plans to reduce CAC, improve conversion quality, and support international expansion

Identify growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis

Innovate with trends like voice search and semantic SEO

6. Performance Optimization

Define and track KPIs tied to lead generation and ROI

Leverage tools to analyze user behaviour, engagement, and bounce rates

7. Reporting & Insights

Deliver clear, actionable reports linking SEO performance with business impact

Present strategic insights to leadership and stakeholders
