Role Overview

The Service Advisor at the Nissan workshop acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team. This role ensures smooth communication, accurate documentation of vehicle issues, and timely service delivery while maintaining Nissan’s high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Greet and assist customers, understand vehicle complaints, and record details accurately.

 Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians for efficient service execution.

 Explain repair estimates and timelines to customers clearly and transparently.

 Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).

 Upsell value-added services and promote dealership offerings.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong communication and customer handling abilities.

 Basic knowledge of automobile service processes and technical terms.

 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.

 Problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

 Any Graduate / Diploma in Automobile

 Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience experience in automotive service or customer handling at a dealership/workshop.

 Basic understanding of vehicle systems, service processes, and repair estimation.

 Computer Skills: Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management System) and MS Office for job card preparation and reporting.
