Job Description
Service Engineer job description are as follows:
Install, maintain, and upgrade these systems and related equipment, including inspection, testing, and repair.
Carryout testing and inspections, such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly, as required by company policies and procedures.
Going on field and directly visiting the clients.
Repairing hardware of Mac and other apple products.
Learning more of apple certification courses.
Handling the walk-in customers.
Provide technical support for products.
Complete on-site diagnostics and service calls.
