Position: Engineer – Service

Location: Ahmedabad

CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA

Qualification: Diploma – Electrical

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform installation, testing, and servicing of electrical/electronic equipment at client sites.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal downtime.

Provide technical support and maintenance services post-installation.

Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Educate customers on equipment usage, safety, and basic troubleshooting.

Travel to customer locations as required for service visits and emergency support.
