Service Engineer

We are hiring a Service Engineer to handle installation, fault diagnosis, and after-sales support for mechanical and electronic systems. The role requires a candidate who is technically proficient, soft-spoken, and willing to travel across India for site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Resolve customer complaints via video calls or on-site visits.
• Installation & Maintenance: Perform installation and provide after-sales support for mechanical and electronic parts.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic system faults, perform mechanical fault finding, and execute simple soldering tasks.
• Spares Management: Work on faulty spares received from customers.
• Reporting: Submit daily reports regarding customer complaints and resolutions.
• Training: Engage with customers and provide product training.
• Travel: Be prepared for site visits anywhere in India.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Technical Graduate, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical or Electronics (Electrical).
• Experience: 1+ Years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Fault diagnosis (Mechanical & Electrical), Soldering, Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Soft-spoken, strong customer engagement skills.
• Gender: Male.

Job Details

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month.

• In-Office: 10 Hours (including 1-hour break).
• On-Field: Flexible timing.
• Resident Engineer (WFH): Flexible timing with availability for extended periods on calls.
• Weekly Off: Tuesdays (Applicable only for in-office days).
