The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power plants. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of solar power plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on installed systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reports.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to improve plant efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar power plant maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with inverters, transformers, and other solar plant components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• The ability to join immediately is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
