Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission equipment or systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and service checks on installed equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage and maintenance.
• Document service activities, maintenance reports, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with the technical and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during service operations.
• Maintain service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Train customers or internal staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on product performance and customer issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in ITI/ Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or field engineering roles (freshers may be considered depending on the industry).
• Preferred those who have air compressor knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems depending on the product.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
