SERVICE EXECUTIVE (SMART HOME AUTOMATION)

We are hiring a skilled, hands-on Service Executive to manage the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of modern smart homes.

You will work on:

• Smart switches
• Smart locks
• Sensors & automation systems
• WiFi & Zigbee-based devices

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure smart home devices at client sites
• Diagnose & resolve technical issues (WiFi/automation systems)
• Handle service calls and maintenance visits
• Setup routers, apps, and device connectivity
• Ensure smooth handover to customers
• Coordinate with internal tech & sales teams
• Deliver premium customer experience

✅ Who Should Apply

✔ ITI / Diploma / Electrical / Electronics background

✔ Freshers with strong learning attitude OR experienced technicians

✔ Basic knowledge of:

• Electrical wiring
• WiFi routers
• Mobile apps

✔ Must have:

• Two-wheeler + License
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset
