🤝 Greet and assist walk-in customers

💡 Explain decorative & electrical lighting products

🛒 Convert inquiries into sales with convincing skills

📈 Support sales growth & showroom targets

🔌 Guide customers on lighting & illumination systems

📋 Handle the complete sales cycle smoothly

👤 Candidate Profile:

🎂 Age: 25 – 35 Years

👫 Gender: Male & Female (Both allowed)

🎓 Education: 12th Pass

🗣️ English: Basic English

⏳ Experience: Freshers can apply

🕘 Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)

🛠️ Required Skills:

💬 Good Communication & Customer Handling

🎯 Convincing & Sales Skills

💡 Knowledge of Lighting & Electrical Equipment

🛣️ Street Light & Illumination Planning (Preferred)

📊 Electronics / Lighting Sales Understanding

💰 Salary & Incentives:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

🏆 Incentives: ₹20,000+ (Performance Based)
