Site Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day execution of a premium residential bungalow project. The ideal candidate will be our "eyes and ears" on-site, ensuring that quality, safety, and timelines are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Supervision: Directing daily labor activities and ensuring work aligns with architectural and structural drawings.

Quality Control: Checking the quality of materials received and maintaining high standards for masonry, RCC work, and finishing.

Progress Tracking: Monitoring daily progress against the project schedule and reporting any bottlenecks.

Measurement & Billing: Verifying measurements of work done by contractors and assisting in material requisition.

Management Skills Required

Labor Management: Ability to handle on-site workers and subcontractors effectively.

Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to resolve minor technical or logistical issues on the fly.

Coordination: Acting as a bridge between the architect, the client, and the vendors.

Schedule & Benefits

Work Days: 6 days a week (on-site).

Off Days: Weekly off + Public Holidays.
