Site Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Site Engineer to oversee and supervise the execution of Windows and Glazing installation for Gujrat Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring readiness of the work front, liaising with the client, and managing finishing works as per the approved methodology. Additionally, the role involves close coordination with the manufacturing and production teams for timely delivery and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day on-site installation activities of windows and curtain wall systems as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the client and site stakeholders for work front readiness and resource planning.
• Ensure proper execution methodology is followed during installation and finishing phases.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, material specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Regularly report progress to the Project Manager and flag any deviations or concerns.
• Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams to ensure timely dispatch of materials, and address any site-related technical clarifications.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure proper installation of façade elements.
• Maintain proper documentation of site records, material receipts, and daily progress.
• Address on-site issues promptly and ensure minimal disruption to progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in façade works, specifically in window and curtain wall installations.
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, installation techniques, and finishing details.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project planning tools will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to be stationed at the Ahmedabad site full-time.
