Site Supervisor

To manages day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications. This role involves coordinating workers, monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, ensuring quality control, and communicating with clients, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• A. Site Management & SupervisionSupervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure tasks are executed as per drawings, BOQ, and project guidelines.
• Monitor project progress and report daily updates to Project Manager.
• Assign tasks to technicians, labourers, and subcontractors.
• B. Quality ControlInspect materials, workmanship, and installation for quality compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements.
• Identify defects or non‑compliance and take corrective actions.
• C. Safety & ComplianceEnsure all site activities follow safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and enforce PPE use.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
• D. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Communicate material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Handle site-related issues and escalate major concerns.
• E. Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily site reports, attendance, material records, and work logs.
• Prepare progress reports, checklist documentation, and site photos.
• Verify and approve subcontractor work before billing.
• Read the Architectural Drawing and incorporate details and notes on same

Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team‑handling capabilities.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand project specifications.
• Problem‑solving attitude with hands‑on operational knowledge.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Email, Reporting).
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards.
• 4. QualificationsDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields (depending on industry).
• Minimum 2–5 years of site experience (industry dependent—construction, fabrication, automation, hardware installation, etc.).
