Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the construction site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and quality standards. They coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitor site safety and enforce safety procedures
• Manage and guide workers and subcontractors
• Check materials and workmanship for quality
• Report progress, issues, and delays to the project manager
• Maintain site records, attendance, and daily reports
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
• Ability to read drawings and plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
