Job Description
- JOB DESCRIPTION – SITE SUPERVISOR (INDUSTRIAL PIPING)Supervise day-to-day industrial piping installation, fabrication, and erection activities at site.
- Manage site manpower, fabricators, and subcontractors to meet daily targets.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, and fabrication teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor safety compliance, PPE usage, and site discipline strictly.
- Plan and track daily work progress, manpower deployment, and productivity.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or material shortages proactively.
- Maintain daily site reports, work measurements, and basic documentation.
- Ensure quality control of welding, alignment, supports, and finishing works.
- Support client/site inspections, follow instructions, and close punch points.
