Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities, supervise labour, ensure quality standards, and support timely project execution at the construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction work (RCC, masonry, finishing, MEP)

• Ensure work as per drawings and quality standards

• Coordinate with labour and contractors

• Monitor material usage and availability

• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage

• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates

• Identify defects and report delays/issues

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of civil construction activities

• Good supervision and coordination skills

• Ability to read drawings (preferred)

• Basic safety knowledge

• Good communication and reporting skills
